"If people want then I will fight against Modi"
Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said he will contest against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi if the people of Varanasi wanted him to do so.
"I will go to Varansi on March 23. If people say then I will fight from there," Kejriwal said while addressing a rally here.
India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday announced its fourth list of candidates for the Lok Sabha polls where the party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will contest from the Varanasi constituency in Uttar Pradesh.
He said people of Delhi will again vote his party to power.
"If you ask people of Delhi then they will tell you that they loved the AAP governmnt and in case there is a re-election then they will vote us back to power," Kejriwal said.
Kejriwal said while visiting different states across the country after resigning as the Delhi CM he found that people were disappointed with all other political parties.
"People want to see a change," he said.
