Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly on Saturday said he feels that the service of former cricketers could be sought for the benefit of the Indian team but the ex-cricketers should take the decision on their new roles.

"Why not? When you have players like Dravid, Tendulkar, Kumble..It depends on ho much time they can give. I think its an individual decision for every cricketer what he wants do in life. I think it should be left to them," Ganguly told media.

Former Indian skipper Sunil Gavaskar has said he feels that former Indian cricketer Rahul Dravid could replace Duncan Fletcher as Indian coach.

When asked if he is ready to take the job, he said: "I'm not used to throwing my hats anywhere. I won't be able to answer this question."
