Not sure about this move. Just because someone can direct well doesn't mean they can act. Remember what happened when other directors tried acting? But I'll keep an open mind since Tourist Family was brilliant.

His small role in Tourist Family was actually quite decent. Maybe he has potential! And pairing with Anaswara Rajan sounds interesting. Kollywood needs fresh faces instead of the same old heroes. All the best to him!

As someone who loved Tourist Family, I'm excited for whatever Abishan does next! The film had so much heart and showed he understands storytelling. If he brings that same sensibility to acting, it could be special. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Another director turning hero? Why can't they just stick to what they're good at? We've seen so many failed experiments like this. But since it's Abishan, I'll give him the benefit of doubt. Tourist Family was paisa vasool entertainment!

I actually liked his screen presence in that small role. Very natural. And with Anaswara as heroine, it could be a fresh pair. Hope they don't go for some cliché love story though. Tourist Family worked because it was different!
