The Jackie Shroff dialogue addition is so desi and perfect! 😂 "Saans le lamba" is such a simple yet profound philosophy. More power to Sameera for keeping it real and showing us the importance of mental wellness through our own cultural references.

As someone who started yoga during lockdown, I completely relate to what Sameera is saying. It's not just about physical fitness but mental clarity. Our ancient practices have so much to offer in today's stressful world. Good to see modern icons embracing this wisdom.

Her transformation journey is so motivating! From glamorous actress to yoga advocate - shows how people evolve. Though I do wonder if she'll make a comeback in films? Maybe a web series about mental health would be perfect for her now!
