I appreciate the effort, but I wish these sessions were held more frequently than just once a month. The waiting period can be quite long for urgent matters.

My uncle attended last month's SWAGAT program with a land dispute issue. The CM's office followed up within 2 weeks and helped resolve it! This system actually works.

The timing (8-11am) might be difficult for working professionals. Maybe they could consider evening sessions occasionally? Otherwise, great program!

Gujarat's governance model under CM Patel and PM Modi's guidance is truly commendable. Other states should learn from such public engagement initiatives.

Does anyone know if there's an online submission option for those who can't travel to Gandhinagar? Would be helpful for senior citizens and people from remote areas.
