While I respect her contributions, I wish Indian media would give equal coverage to our own veteran actors who've passed away recently. Our film industry has legends too who deserve recognition.

Her role in Wild at Heart was absolutely terrifying! What range as an actress - from warm motherly figures to villainous characters. That's the mark of a true performer.

89 years is a good long life, but still sad to see such talent leave us. Her daughter's tribute is so heartfelt - reminds me of how we Indians value family bonds above all else. Om Shanti 🕊️
