This is impressive! The UAE's focus on local employment is commendable. India could learn from such initiatives to boost our 'Make in India' program. Many skilled Indian professionals work in UAE - hope they continue getting opportunities too. 🇮🇳🤝🇦🇪

Great initiative by ADNOC! But I wonder how this affects Indian expats working in UAE's energy sector. Many of our engineers contribute significantly there. Hope there's a balance between local hiring and retaining skilled foreign talent.

UAE is setting a great example in job creation. India should implement similar programs in our oil/gas sector. ONGC and other PSUs could take inspiration from this model to boost local employment while maintaining quality standards.

While I appreciate UAE's focus on their citizens, I hope this doesn't lead to reduced opportunities for Indian professionals. The Gulf has been a major employment destination for our skilled workforce. Both countries should work together for mutual benefit.

The training aspect mentioned is crucial. India needs more vocational training programs aligned with industry needs. Our youth have potential but often lack proper skilling. UAE's approach to 'developing capabilities' is worth studying.

Positive news, but I hope this doesn't create a situation where qualified Indian professionals face more visa restrictions. The Indian diaspora contributes significantly to UAE's growth. Both nations should find a win-win solution for employment policies.
