Great to see global collaborations, but I hope the "Telangana Rising" vision also includes concrete plans for the existing cities like Hyderabad. We need to solve current traffic, waste management, and water issues, not just build new futuristic cities. Balance is key.

30,000 acres is massive! Hope the land acquisition is done transparently and farmers are compensated fairly. The UAE partnership for the food cluster focusing on rural economy sounds promising. Let's develop without displacing people.

"Net-Zero Greenfield Smart City" – the buzzwords are impressive. But we've heard similar promises before. The proof will be in the pudding. Will the residential zones be affordable for the common man, or just another luxury enclave? Time will tell.
