Aaditya's words show genuine respect beyond party lines. In today's politics, such grace is rare. A sad day for Maharashtra. The state has lost a veteran administrator.

Six terms as Deputy CM! That's a record. Whatever one's politics, his grip on the legislative process was acknowledged by all. A huge loss. Thoughts with the families of all who perished in the crash.

This is heartbreaking. Plane crashes are so sudden and final. The DGCA must conduct a thorough investigation. Safety cannot be compromised, no matter who is on board.

A state holiday is fitting. He served the people for decades. Beyond the politician, he was a son, a family man. May his soul find peace.

While mourning is necessary, I hope this tragedy sparks a serious conversation about aviation safety for our VVIPs and common citizens alike. We've seen too many such incidents.

The fact that he worked with Chief Ministers from across the spectrum shows his ability to navigate complex coalitions. A sharp political mind is gone. Deeply saddened.
