Interesting stats! 16 overs of spin is a lot in a T20. Shows they were really relying on their spinners on that Colombo pitch. USA put up a decent fight though, 158 is not a bad score at all.

As an Indian fan, it's always good for the tournament when Pakistan plays well... makes the potential India-Pak match more exciting! 😄 But honestly, they need to be more consistent. One big win against an associate nation doesn't solve their middle-order issues.

Happy for Sahibzada Farhan! Breaking Babar's record for highest score against USA is a big deal. He seized his opportunity. Hope he can carry this form forward. The USA team is improving rapidly, credit to them.

The 5 sixes in the powerplay stat is the most telling. They came out with intent, which was missing in that Grand Prairie game. Bowling first was the right call by USA, but Pakistan's batting was just too strong on the day.

Respectful criticism: The article focuses only on Pakistan's records. It would be nice to see some key numbers for the USA side too, like Jahangir's score or how many boundaries they hit. They are part of the contest after all. Good win for Pak though.
