Good to see AYUSH treatments being covered. In our family, we often prefer Ayurvedic treatments for chronic issues. Integrating that with modern medicine coverage makes the policy more holistic and suited to Indian healthcare practices.

The unlimited restoration benefit and 250% cumulative bonus look impressive on paper. But the real test will be in the claim settlement ratio and the ease of the process. I hope the service matches the promises made in the brochure.

Air ambulance coverage is a critical feature, especially for those in tier-2/3 cities or remote areas where advanced medical facilities might be far. This could be lifesaving. A very thoughtful inclusion.

While the features are great, the premium will be the deciding factor for most middle-class families. Medical inflation is a real concern, but so is the affordability of such comprehensive plans. Hope they have sensible pricing tiers.

Zero co-payment is a big relief. Many insurers force cost-sharing, which defeats the purpose of insurance during a medical emergency when finances are already strained. Kudos to Shriram for listening to customer pain points.
