Good to see celebrities using their platform for health awareness. But honestly, our grandmothers have been telling us these things for generations - avoid heavy postures during menstruation. Nice to have modern validation though! 😄

I'm a yoga teacher and can confirm she's absolutely right! Many students ask why they feel dizzy doing inversions during periods. This is basic physiology - avoid head-down poses when menstrual flow is heavy. Shilpa knows her stuff!

While I appreciate the awareness, I wish she would also address the stigma around periods. Women are still shamed for discussing these topics openly. A simple post like this can help normalize conversations about menstrual health. Well done, Shilpa! 💪

Respect for keeping fit at 50! But shouldn't she also mention that every woman's body is different? Some might be comfortable with gentle inversions during light days. Blanket advice can be misleading. Still, good intentions overall.

Finally someone talking about this! I used to skip yoga class every month because I didn't know what was safe. Now I can modify my practice accordingly. More Bollywood celebs should use their reach for such practical health tips. Thank you! 🌸
