Great to see private sector stepping up for skill development in the Northeast. But 64 out of 111 appearing for placement interviews and only 56 getting placed—still a gap. Need to ensure quality of training matches industry standards. Still, better than most government schemes that give certificates without jobs. 👍

This is exactly what Bodoland and Assam need—skills that lead to dignified livelihoods. My cousin from Chirang district was stuck in odd jobs for years. If programs like these had existed earlier, so many youth wouldn't be migrating to cities for menial work. MLA Paniram Brahma's words are spot on: confidence + skills = real progress. Let's hope the placements are sustainable.

Impressive numbers: 111 certified, 56 placed. But why are only 64 going for interviews? Are the other 47 not interested or not confident enough? Also, 16 beauticians vs 40 electricians placed—seems like the electrical side has better industry linkages. Hope they balance this out. Resonia Ltd needs to track these graduates after 6 months to ensure retention.

So happy to see women being trained in beauty skills! 55 beauticians completed the program and 16 got placed. But we need to do more—why only 50 appeared for assessment and even fewer placed? The opportunities should not be limited to beauty parlours; they could start their own small businesses. A little financial literacy training alongside skills would work wonders.

Good initiative but needs more transparency. How is the placement driving agency working?
