Ramesh Sippy ji is right. It's like a century has passed. Her contribution is immeasurable. My grandmother used to hum her songs while cooking, and now my daughter listens to her on Spotify. That's legacy.

A painful loss indeed. But let's also celebrate her incredible life and the sheer volume of joy she gave us. Thousands of songs! Which other singer has that range? From classical to disco, she did it all. A true queen. 👑

92 is a blessed age, and she lived a full, iconic life. Yet, it's hard to accept that the voice that filled our homes for generations is silent. Her songs will keep her alive forever. Om Shanti.

While the tributes are pouring in, it's a bit sad that we often celebrate our legends more in their passing. I wish we had more documentaries and biopics made about such icons while they were with us to hear our gratitude.
