Nigerian creator Agu Stanley to be seen in Prime Video's show 'Alliance'
Mumbai, July 1
Popular Nigerian content creator Agu Stanley is set to enter Prime Video's new reality show Alliance as a wild card contestant.
A source shared the update with ANI.
With his fluent Hindi, sharp observations on everyday Indian life, and relatable humour, Stanley has built a huge fan base among Indian audiences. Notably, he was recently seen in Anurag Kashyap's Bollywood film Bandar.
Now it is to be seen how he performs on the Alliance.
Being hosted by actor Kunal Kemu, Alliance began streaming on Prime Video from June 26, with Ravi Kishan, Rivva Kishan, Mini Mathur, Nikhil Chinapa, Kushal Tandon, Arslan Goni, Zaid Darbar, Daisy Shah, Ruhee Dosani, Niti Taylor, Payal Dhare (Gaming), Sabby Suri, Vanshaj Singh, Armaan Khera, Delbar Arya and Dollyy Javved as the participants.
The Alliance reality show revolves around high-stakes psychological warfare, shifting loyalties, and strategic manipulation.
The latest episode saw actor-politician Ravi Kishan exit the show due to his professional commitments. Actor-producer Sohail Khan is also expected to join the show soon.

Interesting to see an international creator in an Indian reality show. Agu's fluency in Hindi is quite impressive. It's a bold move for Prime Video to include him—might bring a fresh perspective to the psychological warfare format. Though I hope he's not just a token diversity hire and gets a fair chance to play.
Bhai, Agu Stanley in Alliance! That's unexpected but cool. He was great in Anurag Kashyap's Bandar—that film was something else. I hope he doesn't get overshadowed by all the Bollywood folks on the show. Also, Ravi Kishan leaving so soon? Kya baat hai! 😅
Finally some good news for reality show fans! 🌟 Agu's content always makes me laugh—he understands Indian chaos better than half of us. But I'm a bit skeptical about the show's premise—'psychological warfare' and 'shifting loyalties' sometimes get too dramatic. Let's see if Agu's humor can balance it out.
I'm so excited for Agu! 🎉 He's like a bridge between Nigerian and Indian cultures. But honestly, the show's lineup seems too crowded with influencers and actors. I hope the format doesn't become just a fight for screen time. Still, Agu's wit might make it worth watching! 🇳🇬❤️🇮🇳
A Nigerian creator on an Indian reality show? That's global entertainment. I've watched Agu's sketches—his observations on Indian street food and festivals are hilarious. But I'm curious: will his content style translate into a competitive reality show? The stress of psychological games might be a different ball game. Good luck to him!
