While the results are decisive, I hope the focus now shifts entirely to civic issues. Mumbai's infrastructure needs urgent attention - roads, waterlogging, waste management. The new mayor has a huge task ahead. Best wishes to them.

The complete washout of the Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar factions is telling. Voters have seen through the opportunistic alliances. In Nagpur, 113 out of 151 is not just a win, it's a tsunami! BJP's organizational strength is unmatched.

Interesting to see the Congress managing to get a lead in 14 seats in Mumbai. It's a small number, but in such a dominant wave, it shows they still have some pockets of support. The opposition needs to do serious soul-searching.

The emotional moment for the Kolhe family in Jalgaon is the human side of elections we often forget. Three family members winning together! Wishing them the best to serve their city. 🙏

With respect, a one-sided victory can sometimes lead to complacency. I hope the winning alliance remembers that their primary job is to serve all Mumbaikars, not just their voters. Accountability is key. The eight-year gap since the last BMC poll was too long; civic governance suffered.
