While the numbers look impressive on paper, I really hope these projects don't just benefit Mumbai and MMR. What about development in Vidarbha and Marathwada? The state government must ensure balanced regional growth.

The focus on low-carbon industrial parks and sustainable transport with TU Munich is the most promising part. We need growth, but not at the cost of our environment. Smart move!

As someone working in urban planning, the digital twin ecosystem for Mumbai is a visionary project. If implemented well, it can solve so many civic issues. Collaboration with London and Japan shows global confidence in India's metro cities.

More IKEA stores in Maharashtra? Yes, please! 😊 On a serious note, such large-scale retail investment also boosts local MSMEs and creates jobs in the supply chain. Good to see the CM actively engaging with global CEOs.

The job numbers sound great, but will they be quality jobs with proper training? And what about the strain on Mumbai's already bursting infrastructure? Hope the urban transformation partnerships address housing and transport first.
