Interesting premise. A haunted marriage story set in a frozen European town. Sounds like it will be more about internal chills than external ones. Scorsese is a master, but I hope the pacing is good. Sometimes his films feel a bit long for Indian audiences.
The supporting cast is stellar! Mads Mikkelsen is always brilliant. The plot about adopting a child and everything unraveling reminds me of some of our own Indian family dramas, just with a Hollywood budget and a psychological horror twist. Intriguing.
Leo looks intense as always. Jennifer Lawrence is a great actress, but I wonder if she can match the depth Scorsese usually extracts from his leads. It's a big test for her. Fingers crossed! The first look poster is already giving me goosebumps.
Another Apple production? Hope it doesn't go straight to streaming. We want the big screen experience for a Scorsese film! The story sounds very layered. "Nothing is as it seems" – that's a tagline that works in any language or culture. Excited!
Respectfully, while the talent is undeniable, I'm getting a bit tired of the same A-list actors in every major project. Are there no new faces who can carry a film? That said, for Scorsese, I'll make an exception. The man is a legend.
