Respect to Chirag Paswan for highlighting the unorganised sector workers who often get ignored. But let's be honest - the real test is implementation of labour codes and ensuring minimum wages reach every single worker. Viksit Bharat 2047 ka road to badiya hai, par pahle workers ko right path pe laana hoga!

Good sentiment from CM Yogi too - "workers never tire" but the government should never tire of protecting their rights. I've seen migrant workers in Delhi struggle without basic amenities. These schemes in UP are welcome, but implementation at ground level is most critical. 👷‍♂️

Paswan ji speaks from experience - his LJP has strong connect with workers in Bihar. But I wonder, are enough women labourers being recognised? Women in construction and agriculture work double shifts at home and outside. True Viksit Bharat needs gender-inclusive labour policies. 🌸

As someone who works in construction management, I've seen Indian workers do miracles with minimal resources. The government should focus on: 1) Universal healthcare for workers 2) Proper ID cards for all unorganised labour 3) Timely payment of wages Then only 'labour day' becomes truly meaningful.

Mixed feelings on this. Good that leaders acknowledge labourers. But ground reality: in many UP districts, migrant labourers who returned during COVID still haven't got full benefits. 'Shramveer Gaurav Samaroh' sounds nice, but workers need regular income, not just one-day felicitations. 🤔
