Strategic partnership is good, but let's hope it translates into tangible benefits for our MSMEs and startups, not just big corporations. The AI summit is a great platform. Jai Hind!

Macron calling PM Modi "my dear friend" shows the personal rapport, which is important in diplomacy. Hope the Year of Innovation brings some French investment to tier-2 cities in India as well, not just Mumbai and Delhi.

While I welcome the visit, I hope our leaders also discuss climate change commitments seriously. France is a leader in nuclear energy; we could learn a lot. Also, more cultural exchanges please! Indian art and cinema need a bigger stage in Europe.

A respectful critique: These summits often produce grand announcements. The real test is implementation on the ground. Hope the innovation year has clear, measurable goals and public accountability for the outcomes.
