Nayanthara returns as Mookuthi Amman in 'Mahasakthi', teaser out now

The much-awaited sequel of Nayanthara starrer 'Mahasakthi' has been released, offering a first glimpse of the spectacular world created by director Sundar C.
Produced by Dr. Ishari K. Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International in association with Avni Media, IVY Entertainment and Rowdy Pictures, the film brings Nayanthara back as the immensely popular Mookuthi Amman, a role that became a fan favourite following the success of the 2020 film.
Packed with striking visuals, larger-than-life moments and an air of mystery, the teaser promises a grand cinematic experience while showcasing Nayanthara in a powerful new avatar. Her return as Mookuthi Amman has already heightened anticipation around the film, which brings together an ensemble cast featuring Regena Cassandra, Yogi Babu, Oorvasi and others.
With Sundar C directing and Nayanthara reprising one of her most celebrated characters, Mahasakthi arrives with massive expectations, promising a bigger and more ambitious chapter in the Mookuthi Amman universe.
The film is set to release in November in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada, with North India distribution led by AA Films.
