Reading about his life's work is incredibly inspiring. The fact that he lived to 111 and spent those years in service is a powerful testament to his character. We need more such role models in the world.

My grandfather used to tell us stories about visiting Siddaganga Mutt as a young man. The annadaana (free food) and the gurukul for children were revolutionary. A true "Walking God" indeed. His legacy is immense.

While the tributes are nice, I wish our current leaders would focus more on *emulating* this selfless service in their governance, rather than just posting about it on X. Action speaks louder than words.
