It's heartening to see the CM and PM working together for the state's progress. The innovation hub is a forward-looking project. However, I hope this cooperation translates into faster approval for other pending projects like the SilverLine. The state needs it.

Finally! Better rail connectivity is always welcome. Travelling from Trivandrum to other parts will become easier. Kudos to both governments for this. Now, please focus on fixing our roads as well. 😅

As someone who visits Kerala often, improved infrastructure is great news. The CSIR-NIIST hub sounds promising for research and job creation. Hope the benefits are widespread and not just limited to the capital city.

A "cherished moment of satisfaction" indeed, but only if the projects are completed on time and within budget. We have seen many foundation stones laid with much fanfare, followed by delays. Let's hope for proper implementation and monitoring.

The PM SVANIDHI scheme for one lakh beneficiaries is a significant step. Access to formal credit can change lives for so many small entrepreneurs. This is real *jan kalyan* (public welfare). Hope the loans are processed without unnecessary hurdles.
