The mention of Mandarin language training is interesting. That could really open doors for AP youth in global supply chains. But I'm cautiously optimistic - we've seen such announcements before. Let's see if the ground-level execution matches the vision. The skilling partnerships with Taiwanese institutions sound promising though.
Policy stability is exactly what AP needs right now. The previous government kept changing industrial policies every other month - that scared away investors. Naidu's track record from his earlier term shows he can deliver on this. Lokesh's focus on skill development is also smart. But will the state bureaucracy cooperate? 🤔
Good to see AP leveraging Taiwan's expertise in semiconductors. But I hope we don't repeat the mistakes of the Amaravati capital fiasco. Promises of 'speedy clearances' often lead to environmental shortcuts. Need a balanced approach - fast approvals but not at the cost of regulatory oversight. Also, what about local MSMEs? They shouldn't be left out.
The focus on skilling is crucial. Our state has so many bright young people who just need the right opportunities. But I worry about long-term commitment - Taiwanese investments in other states have sometimes been fickle. The infrastructure built for them must serve local industry too, not just export-oriented units. Still, a positive step forward! 🌟
As someone working in the electronics sector, this is exactly what AP needs! The global supply chain is shifting away from China and India can capture that. Naidu understands this - his earlier work brought
