Kolkata restro celebrates Chinese New Year

Kolkata, Feb 4 : Ushering the colourful event of Chinese New Year, 'Year of the Rabbit', a city-restaurant celebrated the 'Chinese New Year Festival' on Thursday.

Charcoal Grill restaurant in association with the China Eastern Airlines and Kingfisher launched the colourful festival which will showcase exotic range of Cantonese delicacies from various provinces of China.

Various Chinese dishes like Chicken Ching Kao, Barbeque Chinese Greens, Squid in Garlic Sauce, Wine Marinated Duck Schezuan Bean Curd, Schezuan Cottage Cheese will add to the mood of festivity.

Sanjay Madan, CEO, Charcoal Grill said, "Kolkata is always in a mood to Party, and party starts with good food and drinks, which we are focusing on this season. Kingfisher as our partner will surely add a lot of value to make this festival a truly gastronomic delight."

The restaurant will serve a special dish- Squid in Garlic Sauce and Oyster with Black Mushroom, for the sea food lovers of the city.
