Jio adds, Vodafone loses customers in June: TRAI data
New Delhi, Aug 19 : Reliance Jio continued to be on a spree on net addition of mobile subscribers adding over 82 lakh new users while Airtel lost 29,883 and Vodafone Idea had to let go of a massive 41 lakh customers as on June 30, 2019, according to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

New Delhi , Aug 19 : Reliance Jio added over 8.26 million users in June while Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea lost 4.17 million subscribers combined, according to data released on Monday by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Telecom panel again defers decision on telcos' penalty
New Delhi, June 13 : The Digital Communications Commissions, the inter-ministerial panel of the Telecom Ministry which is also its highest decision-making authority, has deferred a decision on imposing penalty on Airtel, Vodafone and Idea Cellular for not providing adequate inter-connection to Reliance Jio during its network trial time in 2016.

Telephone subscribers increased by 2.24pc in March
New Delhi, May 23 : The number of telephone subscribers in India rose from 1,179.83 million at the end of February to 1,206.22 million at the end of March, a monthly growth rate of 2.24 per cent, data released by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) said on Wednesday.
