Missi Roti Recipe


• 1 Cup Besan

• 1 Cup Wheat Flour

• 4 Tsp Ghee

• 2 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves

• Salt to Taste

• ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder

• ½ Tsp Cumin Seeds

• A Pinch of Asafetida


• Mix all the Ingredients:.

• Add enough water and make dough of rolling consistency.

• Cover it and keep aside for half an hour.

• Make small balls and roll them.

• Cook on hot griddle or tandoor with or without oil.
