Spinach Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 Cups Spinach Leaves
• 1 Chopped Onion
• 1 Cup Milk
• 2 Tsp Maida Flour
• 1 Tsp Fresh Cream
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• Pepper
• Salt to Taste
Method:
• Wash the spinach leaves remove thick stems.
• Boil it well along with the water till the spinach is cooked.
• Cool and blend in the mixer.
• Fry the chopped onions in heated butter till they become slightly brown in color.
• Add maida flour and fry for 10 minutes on low heat.
• Add spinach puree, milk, salt and pepper and cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
• Add fresh cream before serving.
