Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 Chopped Onions
• 2 Tsp Corn Flour
• 2 Tbsp Grated Cheese
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• Salt to Taste
Method:
• Fry the chopped onion in heated butter and sauté on low heat for 10 minutes.
• Add water, grated cheese and salt.
• Bring to boil on medium heat.
• Add the corn flour and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
• Garnish with grated cheese before serving.
