Lettuce Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 Bundles Lettuce
• 2 Tbsp Maida
• 2 Onions
• 2 Tbsp Butter
• 3 Teacups Milk
• Pepper
• Salt to Taste
Method:
• Cut lettuce and onions into small pieces.
• Fry the chopped onions and lettuce in heated oil for 10 minutes.
• Add water, milk, and maida to the mixture.
• Cook the mixture for about 15 minutes.
• Blend the mixture in a liquidizer.
• Strain the soup and heat for a while.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.
