Celery Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
• 6 Sticks Celery
• 4 Spring Onions with Leaves
• 3 Sliced Potatoes
• 1 Tbsp Butter
• 200 Gms Fresh Cream
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
Method:
• Fry the chopped spring onions and celery for about 3 to 4 minutes in heated butter.
• Add potatoes and seethe again for few minutes.
• Pour 5 cups water and cook.
• Blend the mixture in a liquidizer and then strain.
• Boil the soup again for some more minutes.
• Add three-quarters of beaten cream to the soup.
• Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
