Spinach Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
• 30 Spinach leaves
• 4 Boiled and mashed potatoes
• 2 Onions
• 5 Green chillies
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
• ½ cup rice flour
• ½ cup gram flour
• 1 tsp Chili powder
Method:
• Boil, peel and smash potatoes.
• Fry onions in heated oil.
• Add green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
• Add potatoes and salt.
• Cool the mixture and shape it into rolls.
• Place a little filling in the center of spinach leaf.
• Wrap the spinach leaf round the potato filling.
• Prepare the batter using rice and gram flour, little salt, red chili powder and water.
• Dip the spinach rolls in the batter and deep fry in heated oil.
