Bread Rolls Recipe
Ingredients:
• 4 Bread slices
• 1 Cup channa dal
• ½ Cup grated paneer
• 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
• 3 Green chilies
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Wash and soak the channa dal for 2 hours.
• Grind the gram dal into a paste.
• Soak the bread slices in water.
• Add soaked bread slices, paneer, coriander leaves, chopped green chilies and salt. Mix well.
• Make rolls out of the mixture.
• Deep fry the rolls in heated oil.
