Aloo Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups potatoes

• 4 Fresh green chili

• 1 tsp Cumin powder

• ½ tsp Turmeric powder

• 1 Cup green peas

• 3 tbsp Coriander leaves

• 1 tbsp Oil

• ½ Red pepper

• 2 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tsp Garam masala powder

• Salt to taste

Method:

• Boil, peel and mash potatoes.

• Boil green peas.

• Mix red pepper, garam masala, lemon juice and salt into the mashed potatoes.

• Knead this mixture and make balls.

• Prepare the filling out of boiled peas, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, garam masala, and salt.

• Flatten the potato balls with the help of palm.

• Put one tbsp filling on it. Cover it with another potato ball and press it to make a patty.

• Fry these patties in heated griddle using oil.
