Mixed Vegetable Roti Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups Rice Flour
• 12 Beans
• 2 Carrots
• 2 Onions
• 1 Small Cucumber
• 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
• 8 Green Chillies
• Few Coriander Leaves
• Few Curry Leaves
• 1 Cup Coconut
• Salt to Taste
• Oil to Fry
Method:
• Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
• Mix all vegetables, cumin seeds, green chillies and the curry /coriander leaves along with rice flour and salt.
• Make this mixture into soft dough using water carefully and kneading.
• On a non-stick pan pour a few drops of oil and spread small dough into a round shaped roti by slowly pressing.
• Cook both sides in medium heat.
