Mushroom Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Rice
• 1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
• ½ Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Tsp Oregano Leaves
• 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
• ½ Cup Minced Onion
• 2 Tsp Margarine
• Salt to Taste
Method:
• Heat the margarine so that it melts.
• When it is hot, add onions and sauté till they become pinkish brown.
• Add pepper flakes, oregano leaves, parsley flakes.
• Add rice and mushroom.
• Pour the two cups water, add salt and cook well.
• Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
