Tomato Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
• 6 Big Tomatoes
• Mustard Seeds
• Few Red Chilies
• 5 Tsp Oil
• Little Tamarind
• Salt for Taste
• Few Coriander Seeds
Method:
• Fry mustard seeds, coriander seeds, and dry red chilies without oil.
• Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and fry them separately in the oil for 10 min.
• When cool, mix the tomatoes with the fried mixture and add salt and tamarind.
• Grind the whole stuff.
