Green Mirch Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
• 8 Big Green Chilies
• 3 Tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Each Urad Dal and Channa Dal
• ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
• Little Asafetida
• Small Piece Ginger
• Salt For Taste
• 2 Tsp Sugar
• Small Piece of Tamarind
Method:
• Cut green chilies into small pieces.
• Fry mustard seeds in oil, add urad dal, channa dal, turmeric, and asafetida.
• When the mixture starts spluttering, add green chilies and fry them for 10min.
• Add ginger, tamarind and sugar.
• Grind the whole stuff in a mixer.
