Brinjal Pickle Recipe
Ingredients:
• 8 Brinjals
• 6 Tomatoes
• Few Red Chilies
• 6 Tsp Oil
• Salt for Taste
Method:
• Cut brinjal and tomatoes separately into small pieces.
• Fry mustard seeds, turmeric and red chilies in oil.
• When splutters, add brinjals and fry them for 10 min.
• Add tomatoes and fry them for 10 min.
• Add salt and tamarind and grind the whole stuff.
