Mango Kichadi Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Raw mango 1
2. Curd ½ cup
3. Grated coconut ½ cup
Cumin powder ¼ teaspoon
Green chilly 4
4. Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
5. Mustard seed ½ teaspoon
6. Dry red chilly 2
7. Salt As required
8. Fenugreek powder ¼ teaspoon
Preparation:
Cut mango to small pieces.
Cook mango in water with salt as required.
Grind Ingredients 3 to fine paste.
Add this to cooked mango.
When it starts boiling, add curd and stir well.
Splutter mustard seeds in coconut oil, add dry red chilly, curry leaves and fenugreek powder.
Pour it over the mango kichadi.
