Lady’s finger Thoran Recipe


1. Lady’s finger   200 gm
2. Mustard seed  ½ teaspoon
3. Shallot   1 cup
4. Green chilly   5
5. Coconut oil   2 tablespoon
6. Grated coconut  ½ cup
7. Curry leaves  1 stem
8. Salt     As required


Cut lady’s finger in small round pieces.

To this add chopped shallots and chopped green chilly, grated coconut, salt and mix well.

In a pan, heat oil and splutter mustard seed. 

Add the mixed ingredients and sauté. 

Close the pan and cook on a low flame.
