• 6 Chapatis
• Oil to Fry
• Salt to Taste
• Red Chili Powder
• Chat Masala
• Cut the chapatis into long strips using scissors.
• Fry them in oil till deep brown.
• Lay these fried strips on tissue paper.
• Apply salt, chili powder and chat masala to these strips along with cheese.
