Rava Roti Recipe
• 2 Cups Rava
• 1½ Cup Water
• Salt To Taste
• 6 Green Chillies
• 4 Onions
• Few Coriander Leaves
• Few Curry Leaves
• Oil to Fry
• Cut onions into small pieces.
• Boil water and mix rava by stirring continuously.
• Remove from fire and allow it to cool down.
• Mix all Ingredients: and knead to thick dough.
• Make balls and pat on a wet cloth to thick/thin rotis.
• Heat griddle and fry rotis with enough oil on both sides.
