Poori Recipe


• 3 Cups Wheat Flour

• ½ Cup Ghee

• Oil to Fry


• Prepare smooth dough.

• Make small balls of the dough and cover them with damp cloth.

• Take one ball of dough and roll it out into 4 to 5 inches round.

• Deep fry puri in heated oil.
