Makki Di Roti Recipe
• 2 Cups Maize Flour
• 1 Cup Plain Flour
• 2 Tsp Oil
• Salt to Taste
1. Mix maize flour, oil and salt.
2. Knead into soft pliable dough, adding very little water at a time.
3. Shape into a ball and make a thin roti with the help of dry plain flour
4. Roast it on a griddle.
5. Cover and line with napkins to keep warm.
