Sweet Carrot Chutney Recipe


• 1 Kg Carrot

• 30 Gms Red Chili Pepper

• 12 Blanched Almonds

• 100 Gms Raisins

• 750 Grams Sugar

• 2 Cardamoms

• 2 Cups Vinegar

• 2 Cups Water


Scrape and remove the outer skin of carrots

Grate the carrots and cook along with water in low flame

Keep stirring in between.

Add vinegar, sugar, salt, cleaned raisins, almonds and crushed cardamoms and cook till a little thick.
