Lemon Chutney Recipe


• 1 Kg Lemons

• 500 Grams Sugar

• 2 Tsp Red Chili Pepper

• 2 Tsp Salt

• 4 Cardamoms

• 2 Cloves


• Wash the lemons and wipe with a cloth.

• Cut the lemon into 8 pieces.

• Add salt and place it in a jar under the sun for 5 days.

• Keep shaking the jar every day till the lemon skins become tender.

• Add sugar, red chili pepper, cardamoms and cloves and mix.

• Keep it in the sun until sugar is dissolved.
