Wheat flour - ½ kl
Green Chili - 5
Shallot  - 8
Salt  - rqrd
Water  - rqrd

Mix the wheat flour with salt and water.

Cut the green chili and shallot in small pieces, and add to the mixture.

Heat the frying pan and apply oil on it, pour one ladle mixture on the frying pan and spread evenly.

Cook both the side of dosa.
