Egg Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Egg Per Dosa
• Left Over Dosa Batter
• Salt to Taste
• Black Pepper Powder
• Oil
Method:
• Heat the dosa griddle and spread dosa batter.
• Break one egg on the dosa and spread a little.
• Sprinkle salt and pepper powder.
• Spread 1 tsp oil around dosa.
• Cook till golden brown.
