Sweet Pineapple Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 Pineapple
• 3/4 Cup Vinegar
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1 Cup Water
• 10 Dates
• 1 Tsp Salt
• ½ Tsp Red Chili Pepper
• 2 Cardamoms
• 1 Tsp Caramel Syrup
• 50 Gms Raisins
Method:
• Remove outer skin and cut pineapple into small pieces.
• Cook pineapple with water in low fire till it becomes tender and water is absorbed.
• Add sugar, red chili pepper, salt, cardamoms, vinegar and cook on hot fire till it becomes a little thick.
• Mix raisins and caramel syrup and cook for a few minutes.
